Biography

Kaitlin Green joined Pettit and Company as an associate in 2016, upon her call to the bar of British Columbia.

Kaitlin was born and raised in a small town outside of Portland, Oregon before moving to Vancouver. Kaitlin received her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2015 and articled with a full-service firm in Squamish.

Kaitlin is equally comfortable inside the courtroom and research library. She has drafted policy statements for a national sports society on transgender rights, and has represented clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court of British Columbia, as well as various tribunals. She brings a meditative, analytical approach to the practice of law and can be counted on to provide thorough and considered advice to all her clients.

Hobbies

Outside of work, Kaitlin plays piano and sings. She is an avid reader and loves to cook. In her spare time, Kaitlin can be found exploring Vancouver’s record shops and restaurants, or catching a Whitecaps game.
